Depends on the store really. As far as I'm concerned it's not worth it. Last year we decided to go to the Riverhead outlets because they opened at midnight. It was absolutely insane!!! Not one parking spot and everyone was beeping and practically getting into accidents trying to find spots. Never again will I do that!

My suggestion would be if you're going out on Black Friday to go really early. Some stores even offer an early bird additional discount.
I used to work in retail and swore never to go near a mall on Black Friday!!

I feel like it gets so dangerous! I also went to the outlets, and it was crazy! People pulling at you in the stors and yelling, no joke!! people can get crazy for sales!

the discount depends on the store! as much as i want to go shopping that day i probably wont because it gets very hectic and the lines are way to longggggggg.

sales are reallllllly good at some stores... we went to the outlets in woodbury commons at midnight with friends and it was definitiely an experience at the very least lol.... a lot of the really good stores like gucci or whatever had lines so if you do want to go to a store like that id recommend going around 10ish and getting online, its worth it to go to one store that has a great sale

last year my aunt and my cousin and i tried to go at 6 and the store was already packed... you have to be up at like dawn to get anything good

I stopped going to the stores a while ago and now I do everything online! The sales are usually just as good, if not, better! plus a lot of places have free shipping! now i can't wait for black friday. I sit in my home, drink coffee and shop!!!

LOL true, so I sit in FH's parent's condo, drink coffee and shop on my laptop!
