Man, it's been just over 3 weeks and it's wonderful being married, but now im like...i want to pick out flowers, and a dress, and this and that...it's a little depressing once everything is done! we're not having kids for a couple years, but now im like...ok, what baby names do i like?! haha, always gotta be planning...just like a LIW bride!!!
How do you all feel...all you newlyweds out there??!!

Hi! Congratulations...come over to the Newlywed board! There are threads on this 'down' feeling afterwards...but it fades. You shift your focus and once you see your pictures, get video and do albums the excitement comes back...but I don't miss planning at all...that was hell for me!

I know I'm going to be feeling the after-marrage blues! Find a new hobby! Thats what I'm trying to do. House decorating, sewing, knitting, etc... find friends who are getting ready to get married, have a baby or planning some big event. it will help you feel better.

Yeah I definitely have some of that but am so happy...I think coming over to this board makes it worse so I am trying (not successfully not to come here too much).

I felt like that after we got back from our honeymoon. Still do a little bit but it is slowly fading!
