If I come in under my guarantee to my hall, do I have to pay for the number I guaranteed??

yes, but some places can put the money towards other items,,,,upgrades, ASK!

usually, but it also depends on the day, time of day, time of year etc... sometimes they are more flexible.

Since you have to feed your vendors, they ususally let you use them to add to your list. My hall will let us do that if we come under.

Ask to talk to the banquet manager about it. I got married at the Fox Hollow, same owners so probably the same policy. They told me they can't do anything about the money, but they were willing to throw in some extras. Push for it and they will give you something.
