WOW i have been busy cooked up a storm

Well I cooked the following today:

Two split cornish hens laid on a bed of red potatoes, carrots, leeks and celery roasted to perfection with a light wine and balsamic sauce. (for tomorrow nights dinner left overs for fh's work lunch)

Chick Pea Salad with olives and veggies with homemade Italian dressing. (my lunch/snack for the week)

Homemade Turkey Tomato Sauce to go with my Turkey meat Lasagna for later on in the week.

Then I gathered ingredients for Friday night's turkey chili which will be my first attempt of making it from scratch.

Not bad i like not having work & school this week it gave me enough rest to want to cook again.

yummy got any left overs??? ill take a doggy bag!

can i come over for dinner?

I haven't cooked since school started i mean really cook. I have been so busy and knowing i have a week off its like WOW lets cook!

Yea my dad just stole some of my lasagna.. yelled at him too!


Ahhhh i want to cook more.. wanted to make a choco tart but my parents stopped me from using their kitchen. I can't wait to have my own.

cooking is so relaxing, I never cooked before I moved in with my FH. I love cooking for him especially when hes feeding me appletini .
