if you were a vendor and you knew you were in the process of making an appointment with a bride....
wouldnt you tell that bride that you had another inquiry on her wedding date????
the vendor told me YESTERDAY that she had time for an appt this week
TODAY when i called to make the appt, i get no answer and at 10 pm email saying, sorry i booked your date today!!!!!
seriously, i am beyond pisssssssed right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and i wont name names bc apparently vendors like to lurk on our boards

That is really awful :(. During all this wedding planning I have found way to many vendors to not be so on top of their work and especially CUSTOMER SERVICE.
