this is so disturbing. I thought as a society we moved beyond this. This is basically the same defense as 'she is dressed sexy, so she must have wanted it'. Horrible.

So I guess that means if a woman wants to avoid being raped, all she needs to do is wear skinny jeans because then it's impossible! They should make PSA's, add it to self defense classes...
