Writing a toast... please help!

So, as part of my toast at my brother's wedding this weekend, I wanted to say something eloquent about laughter - I know their have been poems written about this - anybody have any??? How about quotes about the importance of laughter and how laughter keeps a relationship strong and going, blah, blah, blah.

Please help!
