Did you sign both your names or just yours? Did it depend? Like, for gifts from his family, you signed his name...or if people addressed the card to the both of you? If people only addressed the card to you, did you just sign your name?

I just signed my name even though 1/2 of the cards were made out to both of us while the other 1/2 was made out just to me.

If people addressed the card to both of us (which very few did), I wrote both our names on the TY. Most often I only included my name.
ETA: I didn't get any gifts from his family ( ) but if I did I would still probably only write my name.

I signed most of them just from me, but to his family I signed from the both of us. But do you think he has any idea what the TY's even looked like, let alone what was written in them?

Rebecca, my FI did not knwo what they looked like or what I wrote in them either.

I wrote jsut my name, b/c I said stuff like thatnks for coming, it was good to see you, etc.
I usually said something like Jean & I love the . . .
some people addressed cards to bot of us AND signed it from both members of a couple. I still just wrote it to the woman, but I probably should have said, thank you for coming. . .the vase you and Mike gave us is very beautiful.

i signed both names on all of the TY's even if it was adressed only to me, i still signed with both names

if the card was made out to the both of us i signed both of our names and if it was just made out to me i just signed my name! it was about 1/2 and 1/2!
