Writing invitations???

Is this right?

Outside envelop:
Mr. Adam Tait
blah road
somewhere, Georgia 33552

Inside envelope:
Mr. Tait and guest



Does that seem right to you? Or do you write
Mr. Adam Tait and guest on the outside too??

I believe you have it the correct way. The inner envelope will say the name and guest.

It depends how formal you want to be. Some people do just first names on the inside envelope.

I opted for the Mr and Mrs on both inner and outer just for simplicity sake because I didn't always know proper first name or the first name of spouses.

That is correct. But I think on the inside its nice to include the first name as well.

Also remember to change any single digit house addresses to written out numbers..as in

1 Main Street

Should be

One Main Street
