Are you writing your own vows or staying with the traditional?
I have already written a song I'm going to sing to him (he has no idea) because we both have played and sang (him on piano and me singing) at all of our friends weddings and I would regret not singing at my own. Should I write vows in addition?

we are writing our own vows. if you are doing the song i think that may be enough unless your FH wants to write vows since he doesnt know about the song

We didn't want the pressure of writing our own vows. but a song is amazing :)

traditional vows. if i had to recite my own, i'd never get thru them! i'd be bawling by the end of the 1st sentence! FH and i ARE going to write our own private ones tho. maybe in a card before we see eachother at the ceremony ....

We are writing our own vows. That part of the wedding was determined about 6 seconds after we got engaged.
If you're doing the song... I think that's enough, and really sweet!

i would love to do our own. i have practiced what i would say like a million times. i just don't think i'll be able to deliver, i get all teary just thinking them in my head. FH will do what ever i decide, he doesn't care lol.
