Writing your own vows?

We decided to do this for some reason and I have been SO BAD and haven't done them yet. I just don't know what to say. I feel like it's so difficult to wrap up our relationship, 7 years together in just a few sentences!!!!

Can anyone suggest anything? How did yuo come up with your vows? What resources did you use?
