wrong bridesmaid dresses!

I have 5 bridesmaids and I gave them a designer, fabric, color and length, so that they could choose the best style for their body out of about 12 styles...

2 of my bridesmaids ordered the same dress, we picked one up last week and...the manufacturer sent the wrong dress!

looking on the manufacturer's website, the style they chose is no longer available...I am wondering if the manufacturer just picked another style to send! The retailer is looking into it.

I am mad! At least the dresses are in the correct size and color and they look good, but I wanted my girls to have the dress they wanted! The manufacturer should have called!

Ugh!!!!!

I'm feeling your pain....my girls got separates and the tops and bottoms came in 2 different colors!!! Here's the best part...the company said that the don't have a return policy about different colors!

It'll all get worked out....I promise!!

Even if they discontinued the style, since you ordered when it was still running, they should cut the dress for you even if they won't make it in the future. Taking an order is taking on a commitment.
