I wanted to share that I made those 2 point cupcakes (the ones with the Devil's Food Cake mix and a can of diet coke) and they are REALLY good! It makes 24 cupcakes and they are about 2 points a cupcake. I know someone posted about it on here and I had to try them.

Yes Cheryl, that's it, just the mix and a can of diet soda. I was amazed that the mix got the consistency of real cupcake batter without the eggs and oil and it tasted like real batter! The cupcakes are light and airy and very moist, my husband even liked them!
(Cheryl, BTW: Just looked at your engagement pic in your profile, it gave me chills, sooooo CUTE!!)

I laugh because all my non-WW friends tried them and then said tome, it would be better with icing and I was like EASY NOW!!

It's dark to dark and light to light. D. Coke with Chocolate you can do it with Yellow mix and Diet Sprite I think it turns out the same.

I bet the coolwhip would be good. I am sure you could find a low cal frosting on WW somewhere, let me know if you do. I like the idea that they are only 2 points, good enough for a small snack!

I heard the Devil's Food is the lowest in calories, fat, etc. so that is why it is used. There might be a lower cal cake mix but I didn't look.
Ive heard of this recipe...but never tried...do you think you can do a cake out of it?
Im thinking yellow with cinnamon? and maybe nuts? ok I'm getting crazy
what about a confect sugar and milk icing?

Erica, I think you could do a cake with it, honestly the batter was just like regular batter and tasted the same. I only think they are made into cupcakes to ration the 2 points per, you know WWers, every point counts! Let me know if you try it!
the only reason I say cake...is b/c I don't have any cupcake holders...and I am too lazy to go and get them...lol
maybe I'll try it tonight...

I think I am going to try it with Dt. Sprite and Lemon cake mix. I LLOOOOVVE Lemon cupcakes, and Dt. Sprite is lemon-lime, so logically it should taste good!
