its a 12 week program it includes excercise it says its for being a buff bride? i though tit was interesting!!
by the way i ran around my apartment complex today I was DEAD when I got home

i actually have the same thing in my apartment complex - a mile long sidewalk that wraps all the way around and on top of that a FREE gym - i just wish i had the motivation - i just *2 minutes* ago signed up for WW - hopefully that is a step in the right direction. is ur complex in suffolk that ur in?
