my sister did WW, and said that it pretty much changed her life. And she lost tons of weight (she is like a size 2-4 now) and even though she doesn't still go to meetings or anything, it has TOTALLY changed how she thinks about food and what she eats.
I think its pretty much the healthiest thing a person can do to lose weight. That and gym. Fad diets, or prepared meals...that stuff just doesn't last.

I would imagine the boobs help.... no one ever figures I'm close to 200lbs, and it's all b/c my boobs probably weight about 10lbs each!
