Allure you can use egg beaters 1/4 cup and it is only 1 point. The Garden Vegetable and Southwestern have veggies and stuff added, and it gives it some good flavor.
Word of warning:
I bought some generic egg beaters and they were nasty. You have to get the name brand if you want to actually eat them.
