Re: WW breakfast..
i usually eat a light english muffin (multigrain, plain or cinnamon raisin) from Stop & Shop (there's are freakin awesome) and either WW cream cheese or apple or pumpkin butter for a whopping total of 2 pts.
I just found low fat waffles (Stop & Shop brand) that are 1 pt a piece.
i got to try a deep chocolate vitamuffin this weekend but didn't find it filling. maybe better as a snack, not breakfast (for me at least)

it's more like jelly ...i'm actually not sure why they call it butter. it's smoother, more opaque and spreads easier than jelly though

I'm a huge fan of Cracker Barrel and they make a fantastic spiced apple butter. If ever your on the road, pick it up at one of their locations. I dare you to try to stop at that one purchase.

I don't really know anything about points but I really like to have oatmeal. They have so many different kinds and on a cold morning its great and quick!

Re: WW breakfast..
I agree, oatmeal is great! It really fills me up. I have maple and brown sugar oatmeal with a glass of milk and a vitamin every morning (since I was 5 years old). I love it, and it is 3 points for oatmeal and 2 points for milk. I usually have a mid morning snack of yogurt, as well.

My favorite breakfast is 3 egg whites (1 pt) spinach (0 points) on a whole wheat wrap (1 Pt). so filling , yummy and only 2 pts. Sometimes I add 2 slices of Turkey bacon (1.5 pts) for a total of 3.5 pts.
This sounds really good and I'm going to have to try it. Thanks, Liz
