Anyone else having a really hard time staying on track with the holidays?

I'm having such a hard time and am scared I'm going to gain a lot of weight this week. and on top of it Ive been sick for a week and it's so hard to work out. What are you doing to stay on track?

that's kinda been my philosophy too. Thank god last week i didnt gain anything but i didnt lose a single once either. Im crossing my fingers that this week I only gain like 1 to 2 lbs max. At the meeting they were saying how the average person gains 10-15lbs durring the holidays. I dont want to gain that much!! lol I just need to make better choices and hide all the cookies lol

The fact that you didn't gain last week is incredible! Sure, you didn't lose - but you obviously made wise choices around very tempting food.
When I was losing on WW (I'm now maintaining as a Lifetimer), during party weeks/special occasions, I'd set my goal as simply not to gain.

I'm pretty much eating what I want but I do Zumba twice a week and that is helping a lot over the holidays. at least im burning some of the calories off. I've literally been eating like 40 points a day at least. It's all the baking and eating out and non sense. and my FH birthday lol too many holidays!!

Can't wait for Jan 1st to get back on track!!
