WW Dessert

Klondike bars has sugar free ice cream bar called Slim a Bear that is really good. I calculated it to be 3 WW points.
I love to be able to have some ice cream while on a diet!!!

Also, Smart ones has a 3 point cookie dough ice cream that is so good!!

1 box of cake mix (chocolate)
1 can of diet soda (any flavor)

bake as directed in cupcake pans. one cupcake= 2 points!

All of the WW ice creams are great. I have a great recipe if you like choc mousse. It is one point for a whole cup and it is so filling. I'm hooked on it.

I'm not on WW but FMIL is and I sometimes follow the points thing. Sounds amazing, mind posting?!

Fat free cool whip
one box of fat free instant jello pudding (chocolate)
one cup of cold water.
Mix it in a bowl.
one cup= one point.
It is out of this world.


The other night I made the fat free cheesecake pudding it was good too. My favorite is the chocolate. Try it and let me know. I have made about 6 container in the last week, that is how good it is. Everyone in my house is eating, even fh.

I love the cookie dough smart one dessert. Wish I had it right now.

fat free cool whip in the middle of two chocolate grahm crackers....frozen...

it tastes just like an ice cream sandwich!!!
