Re: ww friends- question
I try not to unless I'm really hungry. I'll save them for the days when I know I'm going to be eating out or ordering in (usually Chinese food on Friday nights). I'm used to the old program of banking points and in my head, I know that I get more flex points per week than I would if I were eating my minimum under the old plan and banking, so I guess I'm afraid to. However, I know plenty of people who eat all of their flex points and still lose. Plus, I'm just getting started back up again and don't know how it will pan out this time. Last time, I didn't eat all of my flex points - maybe half of them.

Is this true? Do most people lose more if they use all of their flex points? I try never to use mine- I like having them in case I didn't count right or in case I am going out to dinner and don't count (but still eat as healthy as I can). I usually hit 20 points every day and very rerely go over on purpose....Maybe I should be eating more???
Anyone know?

I dont really use them a lot. I know I have them and I usually save them if I have something coming up or if I miss count then I have the flex points as a back up.
Weekends are my big splurge days.
Each person is different and what may work for me may not work for someone else. You just have to play around with what works best for you
