Super successful for me I lost 20 pounds on it in 2008 (started in April, met my goal in September, became Lifetime in October) and have kept it off ever since.

I love WW. I joined several years ago and dropped 30 lbs..I def recommend it - its not really a 'diet', its a way of learning how to eat food properly and not deprive yourself of your cravings! I wouldn't bother with any other programs (tried them all, WW was the only one I was able to stick to).

Very successful- I lost 60 lbs and I've been a lifetime member since august 2008.

Wow!! Well, in 2006, I was at my heaviest ever, not ashamed to say, at 246lbs. I started losing on my own, by not eating bread, rice, sugar, potatoes, stuff like that and by summer 2007, I was 182. By spring 2008, I was 168, and I'm 5'5, so I was okaaay. Then, I got pregnant and ballooned back up to 205. Now I'm kind of stuck at 195. My old ways are not working! ! So, I'm hoping WW will work for me. It seems like everyone is so successful with it.
