WW girls

I'm thinking of joining as I would like to lose at least 20lbs before my wedding. Is it really hard to stay witin the points? Will it still work with out a ton of exercise? I don't have alot of time to get to the gym between work and coming home to my son and all his homework.

do it girl.

I lost 7 lbs the first two weeks.. without working out.

I have maintained it and am using every point given to me.

My BM only uses her daily points.. none of her extra weekly, and is dropping weight like crazy.

It's really not hard if you make the right choices. For example, all fruits and most vegetables are free. I've been kind of bad about tracking for the past few weeks so wasn't into good habits. I was hungry this morning after breakfast and just reached for the fruit bowl. I don't even need to count it.

I LOVE WW. I have lost 32 lbs over all (12 lbs this most recent time), and I find that even when I fall off the wagon may not lose weight but I don't gain either because it has taught me good eating habits and portion control.

I LOVE that you can eat whatever you want. just like anything in life, it's about tradeoffs. If I want to splurge on a slice of pizza for lunch, it means I'm going to stick with just fruit for snacks, or reach for a low point dinner like vegetable soup.

I LOVE coming up with new things to try. My staple breakfast is egg whites. Then you can just add whatever veggies you want to it and most are no points.

WW is awesome.

It can feel challenging until you get the hang out it (Eventually, you will know the point value of EVERYTHING you eat without blinking an eye)
But the good thing is, while it's challenging the first couple of weeks, you also lose so much in those 2 weeks it's keeps you motivated!

I Heart WW

do it!!! I am kicking myself in the butt becasue it took me so long to rejoin. Ive been back on the new program for 6 weeks and Ive lost already 10.4lbs!!!! Its so possible and I never ever feel hungry and I eat all my points plus my healthy guideline foods everyday. I also have been working out like a fitness nut and its really paying off. I cant wait to go back for my 2nd fitting in 2 weeks to see if I lost inches. The weight wasnt coming off fast at first but in the last 2 weeks Ive lost 6.8lbs.

Wow thats great!!!!
I hear that their new points system doesnt work as well as the old one. Is that true.
I know my friend did it years ago and for S&G's I looked to see how many points I was allowed. Im only allowed 17points/day. Is that even duable?

with the new program you get between 29 to 72 points, plus 49 points for the week and any that you could gain doing exercise.

People dont like change that's what it comes down to. I love the points plus better then the point system. I dont feel hungry you can eat more protein and fruit without feeling bad about it.

You def can do it and you have so many points you will have no problem and you still can loose without working out.
