WW help- Korean food??

So Im going out to eat tonight for Korean food, never had it before and I really dont want to mess up. I have no idea about Korean food but I will eat whatever is healthy regardless if I know what it is or not, lol. I just dont want to go off track and I definately dont want to ask the people when Im at dinner cuz they are the types to be like 'oh, you can splurge, blah blah blah...'

Help me plz!

Re: WW help- Korean food??

i LOVE korean food! i just had it for lunch with FI (it's our anniversary today!)

i know the names can get confusing and sometimes scary (what the heck is a bulgogi?!?) but their pretty good to eat!

if you like noodles, the safest bet is japchae - they are rice noodles with vegetables and sometimes you can request to have meat/seafood added.

personally, i love bibimbap and kalbi jim. bibimbap is like a salad but with rice & their pepper sauce. they give the vegetables, rice and sauce in separate bowls and you have to mix it yourself. it doesn't look appetizing once its mixed but its healthy and tastes good! the kalbi jim is their version of beef stew but the sauce is sweet and it has sweet potatoes or radish.

which korean restaurant are you going to?

4 oz. khal bi = 8 pts
