WW how many points for a plain bagel with butter?
How many points are in a bagel. i love my bagels but i know i have to give them up :(

A regular bagel with nothing on it is generally around 6 points. Then you add points for the butter.
ETA:my suggestion - go for the mini bagel. It's half the points and you still get the same satisfaction.

I don't know about the butter but I'm pretty sure a plain bagel is 6 points.
WW makes bagels for like 2 or 3 points...they are a good enough substitute if you toast them.
