I think most of them are delicious!! The thing is though, that they arent all that filling, so maybe have it with a salad..

The desserts are really good too!

I eat them all the time!! MOST of them are really pretty good... I especially like the 'low-carb' ones...

It's funny you mention the Salisbury Steak one... that's one of the few I really don't like! Try the Ravioli -- yum!

They are tasty..... but be EXTRA cautious of the sodium!! I was eating them daily & had minimal or no weight loss for like 6 weeks. I stopped eating them & lost!!

You can cook low fat. it's not that hard at all.

I don't really buy WW foods anymore - too much sodium. I love the desserts though.

What do you want to cook that is low in fat?

Honestly if you have any recipes please pass them on. TY I like italian food so usually that means lots of cheese

If you are interested in a book, there is a great one called 1000 Lowfat Recipes by Carol Blonder Golson. I ended up with it accidentally (one of those automatic book club shipments!) but it has excellent recipes. There is a turkey meatball recipe that people always rave about. There is also a good pizza crust recipe and LOTS of lowfat desserts, and lots of ideas for chicken (mostly marinades) that are low in fat. It's paperback so it's probably reasonably priced.
