Who does WW online? Does it work better than going to the meetings in person and weighing in there? Thanks, Scott

Re: WW online??
I don't know anything about the online WW. But I just go to be weighed in and leave. I never stay for the meetings.

Re: WW online??
I did it a two or three years ago. I only kept it for the introductory period (which I think was about four months). By that point, I felt I knew enough about the program (Winning Points) that I didn't need to continue paying for it.

I do ww online, only because I never have time to get to meetings. You can track your points online, and they give you recipes, and lots of great articles. BUT- I think there is slightly more motivation when you know you are going to have to be weighed by someone else! Hope this helps!

Re: WW online??
I've done both and honestly, I am more successful when I go to meetings. WW saysthat in the research it has done on this, the people who go to meetings are more successful at keeping the weight off once they lose it.
I have done the weigh in and leave thing too, but this time, when I recommitted, I just shopped around until I found a good meeting. The leader can make a WORLD of difference. Some of the meetings I have sat through were horrible, and if they were my only choice, I wouldn't have stayed with it.
