Is it worth it to pay $65 for 3 months to do WW online? Is the only difference that I don't get the meetings?

I've done it before but I found that basically it lets you track your food (something you can do on your own) and it gives you menus & there are message boards. I've done it this time w/o joining online, just following their plan & I come on 'here' if I need support, etc. I also set a strict weigh in day w/ myself.

I was considering this too...any one have any extra copy of the points booklet???? I don't think you can get it online with registering???

I don't think it's worth it. I just joined I like the core plan there is definitely too much frredom for it to work for me.

I don't have an extra copy of the points booklet but this website is really good for some things. It's just like the point slider they give you at the meetings. You just type in the calories, total fat, and dietary fiber. HTH.

get the at home kit for 99.95 then go on their messgae boards FOR FREE and get recipes!
