if you are good with your journal and counting points...then online can work, but I found that such a part of the whole experience was the meeting... I had a great leader...if you are near forest hills I would so recommend him

i think it depends on your personality. personally, if i don't go to the meetings and have the women give me the disapproving looks when i do bad, i don't stick to it. i need that extra motivation, but that's just me.

It all depends on you... I personally cannot and will not stick to WW unless I actually have someone else weigh me... you do not have to attend the meetings, I sure don't. BUT, my friend has been doing it online for about 1 1/2 months (maybe even less) and she has more will power than me... She's lost 10lbs already!

A friend of mine lost 50 pounds so far on WW online...he says he has another 25...I think he's crazy!. But it does work!!

Been doing it on-line for 8 weeks and I have lost 11 pounds so far. I think it was $60 for the first 3 months and then $15 thereafter. It depends if you need the meetings, I know some people do, but I like it on-line much better.

Thanks Stace - I think I am gonna sign up for the online! I used to go to meetings but I can't anymore and overall the online works out to be cheaper!

thank you all for your opinions. i too don't have time to go to meetings and just wanted to see if the online system worked. my wedding is one year from this thursday and i figured it is time to start eating properly!

Good for you girls, it is a start! I really stick to it during the week and not so much on the weekends, I also work out with it. If you can follow the points and dedicate yourself, it will work! Good Luck!!
