In the WW book, it says: Tuna: canned in oil, drained, 1/2 cup (4oz.) - 5 points canned in water, drained, 1/2 cup (4oz.) - 3 points fresh, cooked, 1 fillet or steak (6oz) - 5 points salad, 1/2 cup - 7 points

4 pts. for a can of tuna in water (using the point finder is always the most accurate way of figuring points, fyi - which is how i got my calcualtion!)
