I practically live on spaghetti squash because of that fact! Its my favorite! And if its cooked right the texture is so like pasta you can barely tell.
If you have any good spaghetti squash recipes (besides just with marina sauce - or gravy) please share - I need some more ideas!

In your grocery store - its by the all the squashes. It's perfectly oval in shape and is yellow (should have a sticker on it). It gets its name because once it is cooked, you scrape it out of the skin with a fork and its all stringy like spaghetti. Its really delicious - but be careful not to overcook - it gets a little mushy!! There are always cooking directions on the sticker on the squash when you buy it!
