How many points do you think a big pretzel is at shea? Its not the buttery kind - just the regular jumbo one. I feel like I NEED to have this at the game tonite. Its better than chicken fingers at least, righT?
Most average soft pretzels run 250cal / 1fat / 2fiber so that would be 5 pts. I'm not sure how big the ones are there but maybe double normal size???

The smaller frozen pretzels are 3 points. I buy them at the super market in the black box. The larger ones should prob be 6-7 points.

I once had a ww leader say that if you are estimating the points of something bought out, you should add a point or 2 to your estimation to be safe -- we all tend to estimate down.
