WW Question
Do coffee and skim milk count as 'liquids' in the counter? I know they're obviously liquids but I didn't know if you were only counting water.

what counter? i've never seen a counter where you have to count something as liquids...is this a new plan? im confused

It's on the online portal.... toward the bottom you count the # of liquids, meats, veggies, fruits, etc, you have in a day. They say 6-8 8 oz liquids.

oooohhhh ok. I never realized used the e-tools. I dont even think it matters lol

Yup they count but try to make at least 3 of your 6 plain water
