For lunch I'm having honey turkey on a whole wheat wrap... the itself wrap is 4 points or 6 points??? Even 4 seems like a lot. Maybe I'm searching wrong?

no, i packed it from home. It's a whole wheat tortila thing that I bought by the deli aisle. Its a pretty decent sized wrap. I guess I can calculate it based on the search now and change it up later.

Yep that's correct. Some wraps have 200 - 300 calories for the wrap alone - even if it's whole wheat. You should look into La Tortilla Factory - get the one that has 100 calories and 5 grams of Fiber. it's 1 point.
