So like many others I am trying to lose weight before my wedding. I know this is going to sound like an excuse but I have a very hard time exercising each day due to leaving the house by 8 and not getting home till 10 each night (work full time/school/internship). Thankfully my schedule will slow down once July hits.
My job requires me to be on the road a LOT and I find it hard to eat healthy when most days i don'teven take a lunch. i'm looking to lose about 50 lbs before the big day!
I am thinking of joining WW. I know many people have had sucess on it. How do you know what to eat? I know it is a points systems, but i'm usually dumb when it comes to stuff like that. I'm not sure how the whole thing works. Any help you guys could send my way would be appreciated!!!

Re: WW questions!
First of all, its definatly do-able. I lost 60 lbs in a year.
Second, once you sign up they will explain EVERYTHING to you. Basically, you get a set umber of points each day (based on height, weight, activity level) etc. You get a book and calculator thing to let you know how much points every food is worth.
The biggest thing is planning ahead. Find low point foods and plan all your meals ahead of time.
I would def. reccomened going to the meetings- they help so much!!
Good luck!

Yup everything Colleen said. I lost almost 50 pounds 3 1/2 years ago It's definitely a liveable program, and will definitely work if you're traveling a lot.
