w.w. support group

how is everyone doing? i've been 2 the gym 2x's this week already. a good idea is for people to talk via AIM to support each other at night. hear's my screenname...nysoapgal99

I have been bad at lunch and not planning
I come home and eat a good dinner but not portioned.
I need to take lunch with me but I am bad with that. What do you all do for lunch??? What do you make or take with you?? I usually work through lunch so I don't have time

this is what i took today....a salad then i threw in 5 pieces(1 point) of brown sugar ham and i mixed it up

I was also asked yesterday..HOW everything with 'you know' is going while I was eating in the teachers lounge by the same person who asked me last time...Weight is a sensitve subject I HATE WHEN PEOPLE ASK ME!

whose business is it of there. one person once saw me eating pasta. they said u could eat that. i said yes. they figured since i'm on a 'diet' i can't eat it

NO one;s! And this other lady who actually works in the class that I am in was there also and kind of looked at me like 'what the heck is this one taking about' It was really awkward! But I just brushed it off
