I've registered just me and my mom on the WW site. If you're a memeber, FM me 1st & last name or your online ww name and your ww number. I will add you to the team and let you know what else you might have to do.

If you're not a ww member, fear not, we can form a LIW 2010 team to complete a walk/run 5K event sometime around the 8 week mark.

Between now and then, we can log on to the active.com site and use the free training tools. In keeping with our supportive nature, if people want to hook up to walk at some point during the week, great.

Let's get a new post about locations and times for walking.

I'm letting my WW membership expire at the end of the month. it just isn't working for me. i know it works for a lot of girls, but i had much better success using the curves diet 2 years ago, so i'm going to go back to doing that. i would def be up for walking though.

Its just walking right?? If so then I'm in...but I'm sooooo not in shape and I don't plan on really starting a work-out regimen...too much stuff going on right now. Will I die if I just walk 5k??

question...... do you have to be a member that goes to a meeting or can you do it if your doing it online?
