Hmm - it cant hurt to make an appointment. I would tell them you just got back from your honeymoon and wanted to speak to them about the wedding flowers. I wouldnt wait much longer though!
Do you have everything in writing stating exactly what you want and photos of what you actually received? If you have this you should be all set and you should get some sort of compensation I would hope....

If you dont attempt to contact them you will never know what would happen. worst case they do nothing for you and you can just give them a bad review on here :)

edit: just looked through your album and think everything looks beautiful!

i don't know... this all makes me very nervous so it's hard for me to comment.

BUT as a paying customer, if you weren't happy, yes, you should sit down and talk to them about what you weren't happy with.

I too looked at your pictures and throught everything looked beautiful, but I understand that you had different expectations, especially if you were paying for certain flowers and didn't get them. they should at least take something off for that alone, considering they probably used cheaper flowers to fill the space, or just left the space, period.

What kind of flowers did you have for the GM bouts? Maybe the flower doesn't last well when it's not in water?

Hope this helps!

I would definitely call them and make an appointment. You have nothing to lose by talking to them. Especially if you have the specifics of what you were supposed to get in writing and pics that show you didn't get what they said they would provide.

If I were you, I would make an appointment and voice my concerns that happened on my wedding day. You paid your florist to do a satisfactory job which they didn't provide. Ask them what they can do to make it better, perhaps a refund of some money. Also, make it clear that you will not recommend anyone to them if they do not correct their wrong which includes writing to the attorney general, better business bureau and on wedding websites. It is a shame you may have to do this but, this may help get back some money that you paid.

My friend had an issue with her photographer. The pictures were TERRIBLE!!! She sat down with them, argued, and they are redoing her photos, giving her double the work and gave her $200 back on her photos. That is good customer service.

Since the flowers were only needed for that day, I believe some money should be given back to you. IHTH

Call them and set up an appointment. Explain your concerns and see what they can do.

I wouldn't escalate it unless they are unresponsive to your concerns.

What are you looking for? Money back? Apology?

idk .... i HATED my bouquet too.

It was supposed to be all red roses, nothing else

i got green leaves and white accents

My MOH was supposed to have a bigger bouquet with roses added to it, so she would stand out

she got the same thing as the other girls

I literally cried over my bouquet as i was getting makeup put on.

however my center pieces were more amazing then i hoped for....

so I just never said anything.

she was a sweet woman... who got it wrong.

If it's really worth it to you, say something, maybe you can get some money back

my main issue was i sat there with him and watched him write down what i was saying like word for word, so i was just stunned as to how that could even happen
