WWYD?? TIMING question - of course I need your advice.....

Church is at 3.........greek ceremony, so its going to be over figure 4:00 - 4:15........

CH starts OFFICIALLY at 6, but they said they would open the doors about 15 - 20 minutes earlier, so lets say 5:45......they serve champagne and strawberries as a hospitality hour thing in the meantime until CH is open.....the CH is outdoors so people can go hang out outside, weather permitting......

Do I have time to go and take pictures somewhere???????? If I do a receiving line, I am guessing it will take about an extra 30 min??? Do we just cut the receiving line, finish church around 4:15, and then go with the BP to take pictures CLOSE BY?? or do i just pray for good weather to take all the pics outside at the RH straight from the church?

Church is in Hicksville and RH is Syosset, so 10 minutes apart.....where could I take pictures around there?

I think if you don't plan on being on time for cocktail hour you can do it.... as for where... maybe at the Muttontown preserve (The Chelsea Mansion) it's a little bit West of Syosset but pretty much directly north of Hicksville if you go up Rt 106

No problem!!! The pictures on their site look so pretty, I was thinking about doing mine their too even though FH thinks doing them at the Woodlands is 'good enough'

Ask your photographer if they think you should cut out the receiving line. They do this every week, and will know how much time they need to get the pictures you want.
