this is the last thing I have left to do! fh and i were going to go tom to book the rd, i have a place in mind, just wasn't sure about prices...
does anyone want to share their place and/or pp prices?
dinner prices pp are 3 choices 25, 30, 35 and I am going to add beer/wine...but it is an additional 15 pp..seems high, but i'm not sure???

What about buying a few bottles of wine for each table and leaving it at that? It will be cheaper than having to pay $15 per extra person, when a lot of people probably aren't going to take advantage of the beer and wine.

$15 does seem a little steep, but if you think the people you're inviting will have more than 2 glasses of wine each, then it's worth it. Did you look into whether the place can put out bottles of inexpensive wine?

yeah, i think they said they charge a $20 corking fee per bottle...i have to double check on this

im in the process of checking around too- i think that sounds pretty average... having same problem with booze too though! we have a decent amount of drinkers and although im hoping noone gets too drunk because we're having a day wedding the next day, i also dont want to skip it all together. seems like restaurants have clued into that alcohol is where they make their money. damnit...
