So as some of you may know, Im making a meatloaf today. But I dont have a glass baking pan! Does anyone know if I use a regular baking pan meant for pound cake if the meatloaf will still cook right??

we never use glass pans to make meatloaf, and it always comes out fine! I would maybe PAM the pan so it doesn't stick unless you put water or some sort of juice on the bottom for it to cook in.

yes. I use corningware pans, tin disposable cake pans...whatever is clean. It doesn't matter. Def. put broth or water on the bottom to keep it moist.
