x-post BHB. How much are your groomsmen

spending on their tux rental (or suit purchase?)

my fh is wearing a suit, so we will be asking them to purchase one as well, but would like to mitigate the cost of it with a contribution as their gift.

I'd like to figure out the cost to make it roughly the same price as if they had rented a tux, so your help is greatly appreciated.

Please also indicate if what the cost included (shirt, tie, shoes) as they will also need to get all of these things, and we'd like to be as fair as possible without going bankrupt.

Wow, I guess the Tuxes I picked are pricey - 170 all together with tax, and a $20 refundable deposit upon return of the tux. Comes with everything, except underwear and a date.

A lot! Granted, they looked so cute and it was a really nice designer tux, but it was $220 each for a rental...

I am using the same place you did, I think our guys are paying about $190. But I think their tuxes are the hightest quality I have ever seen for a rental.
