I need to get started on my DIY projects soon and I am need for blue and yellow scrapbook paper. I want polka dots, stripes, and other fun patterns. I stopped at Michael's last night and their selection was abysmal. Any suggestions on where to look - either in person or online?
I also need thick, beautiful ribbon!

I used paperandmore for my DIY stuff, but they don't really have patterned stuff. try cardsandpockets - pretty sure I've seen good reviews, they just didn't have the exact color I wanted for my pocketfolds.

joannes fabric had a good selection. Or try AC moore. I'm surprised you couldnt find something at Michaels. Def try the other 2 though. I'm sure they'll have it.

i got my paper at jo-ann's. but we got a book of coordinated paper, i don't remember if they sell paper by the sheet (if you only wanted on pattern)
