X-Post from the 2010's...David's Bridal: The Source Mall vs. the new on in NYC?

I don't want to spend a lot on my dress; at the reception I will be changing into an Indian lehnga which will already be so I'm trying to keep the cost down - a LOT - on my traditional bridal gown.

So far, I'm looking into David's Bridal, Alfred Angelo, and a couple of Jessica McClintock dresses that are

Anyway, I'm suppossed to go with my best friend soon to try on dresses...anyone have any input on the David's Bridal in the Souce Mall vs. the new big one that opened in downtown NYC?

(The big plus about the one in the Source is it's not far from Roosevelt Field, which has a Jessica McClintock store; there isn't a JMC store in Manhattan.)

I went to the one at the Source Mall and one near the Smithhaven Mall. Let me say DB was just not for me for a variety of reasons. However, I thought the one at the Source Mall was very dirty. The 'bridal consultants' were not great either. I can give you a more detailed description if you FM me-don't want to post too much negative feedback.
