X-POST - Magnetstreet Save the Dates?

Have any of you ladies needed to get your STD's reprinted from magnetstreet? I made a stupid mistake and have to reorder but i don't want to spend another $150

Just wondering the cost and shipping time, if they will even fix it? Will I have to reorder completely?

Call them and ask! The same thing happened to me with Vistaprint and I didn't realize it until 3 days later.

They actually cancelled the order and issued us a full credit so we could reorder. I'm thinking magnetstreet should do the same ...

Thanks, I tried calling but these aren't regular office hours, lol.

Were they already shipped to you when you realized, or did you realize while they were making them?

I remember the status said 'printing in progress', so no it wasn't already shipped out at that point.

Good luck!! I'm sure it will be fine, just call first thing in the am.

If it doesn't say 'shipped' yet, they should still be in production. I had a problem where I didn't receive my sample and they sent one out to me next day, so I think they are really good customer service wise.
