x-post: MOB dress opinions needed

To make a long story short...my mom has been looking for a dress for herself for months now and she has not had any luck. Mostly because she is very picky. Anyway, we saw two dresses online to order but i need to know which one would look better. She will be walking me down the aisle, and she doesn't want to match the bridal party but she does want a good flow as far as colors.

The colors of the wedding are red and black. My bridesmaids will be in black dresses and red shoes. My dress is ivory and i will be wearing red shoes also.

Here are the dresses we saw. Which is a better fit?:

The Nordstrom Dress. The other dress doesn't look like a MOB dress.

The colors of my wedding we red and black as well and my mom walked me down the aisle too wearing a cranberry colored dress so I would say the nordstroms one.

It looked awesome in pictures!

I know i saw your pics and loved it, so i showed her this dress as an option. She wasn't sure cause its not quite red but more of a wine and wasn't sure if it would clash.
