Ok married ladies, my marriage certificate came, so it's time to go start the name change process. I am dreading this. Any pointers, advice, etc.? Anything you'd do different? Anything to make this as painless as possible? I don't even know where to start!!

My mom just bought me a name change kit that comes with a CD and all the papers you need. Never saw it before. That's what I will be using because I have no clue where to start.
I think the first places will be soc security and dmv

i hear you need to do social security first and then everything else is easy

It's kind of annoying to have to go to the ss office the DMV change your credit cards ,all your car stuff,insurance,reg,passports
