yea I have been but I need to narrow down a place, I don't know what's nice and also central to where we both work

try New Hyde Park, Wantagh, Seaford, Massapequa
they all have LIRR stations in town and are nice neighborhoods

We rent an apartment in a 2 family house in Port Washington. It's very close the the LIE/Northern State. The LIRR is also within walking distance.

I commute each day into Brooklyn... I teach, and school starts at 7:30, so I leave about 5:45 (get there around 6:15).
