Sorry for the XPost-it's my first time doing this and I am in the midst of writing my programs so please forgive me:

If someone other than the father of the bride is giving away the bride, how would you word it in the program?

'Escort' of the bride sounds weird. I've never paid attention and I'm having a hard time finding programs that distinguish this person. Usually it is the father of the bride, and he is listed just as that.

I was use the relationship of the person that is walking you down the aisle.

Uncle, Brother, Close Family Friend, Father's Best Friend,
Best Man.

I wouldn't use escort- it reminds me of an escort service...

Do you even have to put that in? My program has wording for participants, so you can just list them as a participant after your parents, put him and his relationship to you.
