I posted this 07 board, too.

If you did a slipper basket, how many slippers do you recommend getting...half you guest list? Less than half?

I know not every woman will take a pair--I have no idea how many to order.

Our guest list was 100 ppl, I think we had 35 pairs of slippers for the ladies. Like you said not everyone will take a pair; I never heard any complaints about someone not getting a pair.

i only got 50 pairs, because i had been to previous weddings where there were TONS left over..... however, i had the basket up by the DJ and had him annouce it so they'd be put to use.....every pair was gone by dinner!!!!!
