I wanted to get my inlaws and my parents a gift for xmas, but money is really tight right now. So I thought I could give them both something from Caiden instead. Of course something inexpensive. Maybe something besides a picture frame with a pic in it. Anyone have any unique ideas? I know, I wait until the last minute... but I just got paid today!

Re: Xmas gift for inlaws...
are you crafty/ Maybe make an ornament that says I love my grandparents. and somehow affix his picture on the ornament. It prob will cost you at most 5$ for supplies.

A grandparent ornament is a very nice idea. I think it is meaningful and will not cost you a ton to make or purchase.

I am very artistic, but I am clueless on how to go about making it? What do you use?

Maybe check out AC Moores and see if they have any of those picture frame type ornaments (not the A typical, it's sort of like a kit) or maybe something you can paint, paste and glue caiden's pic on..Maybe make a T-Shirt w/non-toxic paint (with his handprints in the shape of a tree or something). Just some ideas...

what I had in mind was a glass ball ornament.
They sell these at michaels and they sell paint to write on. Then you could slip Caidens picture inside the ball or you can glue it to the out side and paint around it. I know my little bro had made something like this for my mom when he was younger, it was very cute.
